Topsectoren, Open Dagen 2012, new aCCCent

After a silence of almost a year you have now the CCC newsletter aCCCent 13 in front of you. As you can see this newsletter has a new look. In that "silent" period at least you received our brochure "CCC Showcases" published on the occasion of the start-up of CCC 2. This brochure is very well received and has helped us greatly to position CCC in the Innovation Topsectoren contracts of Agri-Food, of Life Sciences and Health and also in the Business plan Biobased Economy. Also the STW application Carbo Health and the research proposal Carbohydrate-Based Economy are linking up perfectly with the Topsectoren strategy. We have good positions in these innovation contracts, it is now our challenge to silver them.

Nico Arfman joins management team.

Matchmaker between research and business

As of November 2011 the Carbohydrate Competence Center (CCC) management team has been reinforced with the arrival of Nico Arfman, Business Manager. Together with his colleagues Lubbert Dijkhuizen, Fons Voragen and Siert Bruins, Arfman will primarily focus on the quality of ongoing work packages, the development of new project initiatives, the expansion of the CCC network and the continuity of future funding.
